2009, Seoul Tourism Awards begins on June 1^st!

2009 Seoul Tourism Awards will be held from this June 1^st to 5^th. Seoul Tourism Awards program was launched last year by Seoul City to improve Seoul’s image and promote Seoul tourism through building the international tourism network. During the last year’s Seoul Tourism Awards, total 19 individuals and organizations had won in eight different titles.

Seoul Tourism Organization which manages the event decided to hold 2009 Seoul Tourism Awards at Hotel Shilla for five days (from June 1^st to 5^th).

Voting for prize awardees for general public will continue through the website (http://www.stawards.com/) until May 18th. In this process, voters will be drawing randomly to get a gift such as invitation ticket for 2009 Seoul Tourism Awards. In addition, experts will also be part of this voting process and subsequently 19 prize winners (12 organizations, seven individuals) will be awarded in eight different titles.
